Returns and Cancellations – Zenithluxs
Before returning an item, please email us at:
Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing an order.
If you cancel your order within this time frame, you will receive a full refund within 2–3 business days.
If the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, email us at hi@zenithluxs.com and include your order number or confirmation email.
30-Day Unconditional Return Guarantee (Unopened & Unused Items)
Unopened and unused merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason.

  • Products must be unopened and unused




  • Return shipping must be paid in advance by the customer (no COD accepted)


  • Items must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories


  • Items that are used or in poor condition will not be accepted


  • Please send a photo of the returned package and tracking number to hi@zenithluxs.com
Returns may be refused if the above requirements are not met.


Returns Within 15 Days (General Conditions)
Items may be returned within 15 calendar days from the shipping date.
Returns due to non-quality-related issues after the warranty period will be refused.
To begin a return:



  1. Include your order number and the condition of the item


  1. Our team will confirm your request and ask for the following photos:

    • Clear photos of all sides of the product


    • Photo of the full accessory set


    • Photo of the original packaging




15-Day Return Eligibility Conditions:

  • Products and accessories must be in original packaging


  • Items must be free of scratches, cracks, dents, or any damage affecting resale value


Refund Processing

  • It may take up to 10 business days after your return is received to process the refund


  • Refunds usually appear on your credit card within 7–10 business days


  • Disputed transactions may take 3–6 months to resolve


12-Month Warranty – Quality Issues
Zenithluxs provides a 12-month warranty for quality-related issues.

  • Damage caused by misuse or abuse voids the warranty


  • If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund


  • Please email hi@zenithluxs.com with your order number and a description/photo of the issue


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again


  1. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post)


  1. If still unresolved, email us at hi@zenithluxs.com


Warranty Exceptions
The Zenithluxs warranty does not apply to:

  • Accidental abuse or damage


  • Natural disasters (lightning, storms, floods, etc.)


  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly


  • Non-quality-related issues


  • Items from unauthorized sellers


  • Use outside of normal consumer conditions


  • Lost, stolen, free, or refunded items


  • Missing valid proof of purchase
